Château Royale · Château Royale, côté Bayou avec terrasse, centre-ville!

Positive: The house was beautiful, lots of creative decor. My favorite part was the balcony/patio area, I stayed there most. My 13 has not stopped begging for a "Treehouse" loft since he has seen it. Owner was super nice and even gave us a tour of other places to stay of theirs and a keep sake. Negative: There isn't anything not to like .

No back Positive: The comfort of the facilities Negative: I requested on April 30 that my stay be reduced by 1 day because I had to move to MSY airport (3 hours drive), I did not hear back until 1 week later that I did not like because there was no attention from the owner I spoke to him several times. Finally a day before, he tried to make the change and could not do it and I could not do it either I asked Booking for the change and they told me they would ask the owner and finally I left 1 day before. I am not happy about this situation, I will be charged for a day I was not there. Another thing that happened to me, when I parked my car on the 15th, I noticed some boards on the floor, obstructed in the parking lot, I had to make several maneuvers to be able to park it properly. While it is true that they are offering a service they should always ensure that the quality and attention is unbeatable, it is the first time that happens to me in booking. Honestly I had the alternative of staying in a Holiday and yet I changed it for this location, bad decision.

Positive: Grosse Wohnung, sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattete Küche. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Netter Besitzer. Schöne, moderne Einrichtung, zwei top Badezimmer.
